What to do in the garden right now
Pick a month. This is the list I actually work from — Garden Zone 7A. Adjust a week or two either way for yours.
Do this month
- Water deeply twice a week, early morning
- Net the blueberries before the birds find them
- Sow a second round of beans
Leave it alone
- Feeding leafy greens more nitrogen
- Letting squash hide; check twice a week
